The Damn Quails proudly have their roots in the Red Dirt music scene of their native Oklahoma. In the decade since releasing Down the Hatch, they have toured the country and beyond, soaking up stage time and adding new depth and substance to their live performances and original material. Sara is a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter and nurse from Bloomington, IN, USA hitting the road with her first solo album this year! Her indie rock style pairs nicely with a country blues grit for a soulful sound you won’t forget.  She has toured with and features on albums with several other artists over the years on stages both big and small from Lucas Oil to opening for Shawn Colvin at the Historic Buskirk-Chumley Theater.
